EXPERIENCE

First of all I am thankful to the organizers of SarasotaMOD Weekend Events for the amazing experience to travel in time, moods and vibes across modern Sarasota. I fell in love with the houses, their gardens and wonderful stories of the owners of the houses. And thank you owners, really for dedicating their time and opening doors of their beloved homes for unforgettable inspiration. ​My impression modern homes of Lido Shores gave us the vibe of California mixed with 60-ties which I truly admire.

MODERN INSIDE OUT

Modern or minimalistic does not end in the house or hide in the interior details, but goes far beyond in lifestyle, thinking and the amazing gardens. The landscaping plays a huge role as the "business card" of the house - inviting, private, soft, minimalistic, wild or clean and sophisticated, it forms the right impression of the house, it's owners and their style. I absolutely loved gardens full of stones. Most importantly there were no copy - paste landscaping game going on with those f****** grass lawns.
