How about a glass wall to the garage, add a home library or personal spa? - this is all available in a PassionHouses Villa series custom program.
Prices range from 500$/sf to 1000$+/sf
Villas come in several sizes from 3 bedrooms to 6 or more. The attached garage can be extended to fit 4 or even more cars.

PassionHouses Villa plans

PassionHouses Villa line has endless modifications and possibilities. We offer two starter plan options that can be developed further for your individual needs. Villa 3G and Villa 4G that comes with even bigger living room module. Each Villa can be extended in the first floor level to feature more bedrooms, a home office, additional bathrooms, you name it. The garage section can have space for 1 -2 or even 4 cars. Entrance to the garage can be from either side and is adapted to the lot.
