KATANA HOUSE is a permanent building. You can build on any land where a regular residential house is permitted. Our houses are not mobile, temporary or modular - they are built to regular construction codes and require permanent foundations. Since the construction methods we use are far superior than traditional methods and provide faster construction process and higher resistance to the elements - you have more location options compared to a traditional construction and construction is generally much faster.
