The 5200 Aluminum Window Wall System Impact Framing System was designed to meet the High velocity hurricane Zone HVHZ after Hurricane Wilma in 2005 and has been updated to meet the current Florida Building Code. This system includes a 1 1/4” X 5” heavy aluminum frame member with 7/8” fin for glazing, removable glass stops for interior or exterior glazing, shear block joint construction, and 9/16” laminated or 1 1/4” Laminated/Insulated glass. When installing or designing your next project, check our product approvals for the correct module size and Design pressure required to meet the codes in your area. The system is available in White, Bronze and custom finishes.
